Here I will share a portable software which is used to design a flash based animation. the name of this software is SwishMax 4.0, well even if the features in SwishMax 4.0 It is not as much as adobe flash professional but SwishMax 4.0 is much easier in use. if you want to learn to design and edit a flash based animation then my advice SwishMax try first beforeyou change lanes to the adobe hehe just a suggestion.
