TransBar (Transparent Taskbar)
Download TransBar
Install the program
Launch TransBar (Start >> Programs >> TransBar)
Click the "Run at windows startup" checkbox
Set the Opacity level to how transparent you want the taskbar to be (65% looks good)
Click Apply, and then OK
